There are several good builders in the North-West region who can carry out home renovations or other build projects, however, our project management abilities ensure that everything goes smoothly throughout the process and make us the best in the North-West region.
Our thorough selection process ensures that we only work with qualified builders with relevant experience. All 15 build teams whom we are currently working with have been examined by checking their previous work history, providing us with proof of identification and address, agreeing to staged payments throughout the renovation and much more.
There are no further price alterations once the final quotation has been agreed upon. We use specification sheets that list in detail what is being renovated; down to the exact number of materials to be installed. The specification sheets are signed by our builder who is carrying out the renovation.
Additionally, in case there are any delays that could have been controlled in the first place, we reduce the total build cost by an agreed percentage amount per week, depending on how long the delay is.
We also advise on contingencies to be put in when needed. We aim to build long-lasting relationships with clients and we aim to achieve this through honesty and integrity.
